User Account and Data Deletion for COMET School (Parent)

This document describes on how an user can raise their request for deleting their user account and it related data for the mobile app COMET School,Changangei Uchekon Near Tulihal Airport.B.P.O Tulihal, Manipur

Users (usually Parent/Guardian of the institute) can request to delete their data in two ways:

1. Through the mobile app (COMET School Parent)

Login to the app –> Navigate to About menu 

In the About App screen, there is DELETE MY ACCOUNT button at the bottom  of the screen as in the below screenshot. On clicking of the button, a request will be raised to delete the account and its related data.

2. Through the email or phone

Another option is user can send their request to the email contact@neopathtech.com OR can call to the mobile number +918257000220 to raise request for deleting their account and it related data.

After submitting the request concern team will contact the respective user to complete the account deletion process.
